Edo Asia is situated at 179-180 High Street, Southampton SO14 2BY

 

Edo Asia was created from our imagination and passion for Asian culture, food and drink. We have taken an ordinary mid-century building and transformed it into the extraordinary.

 

Edo Asia’s team brings together the best chefs, hospitality managers and mixologists to create a vibrant eating and drinking experience. The kitchen is headed up by a top chef who previously worked in Novikov and Zuma in London’s Mayfair. The bar is run by two leading managers, one from Southampton’s prestigious HarBar, the other an industry consultant with a specialism in whisky.
