1. General Booking Conditions

1.1 To secure your booking, we require a valid card to be on hold at the time of reservation. A cancellation or no-show fee of £20 per person applies if notice is not given at least 48 hours before the booking time.

1.2 Tables are allocated for a limited time to accommodate multiple seatings, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. For example, groups of 2 are allocated 1 hour and 45 minutes per seating.

1.3 Please be aware that there is a DJ every Friday and Saturday from 7 PM until late. During this time, the music volume is high and cannot be easily adjusted. If you have any preferences or health conditions affected by loud music, we recommend

arriving before the DJ starts or visiting on a non-weekend day.

1.4 Drink table bookings will be accepted daily from 9 PM in the main restaurant area.

1.5 Children under 10 years old are not permitted in the restaurant for any bookings after 7:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

1.6 Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. The latest reservation time is 11:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 PM on Sundays.

 

2. Group Booking Conditions (More Than 6 Guests)

 

Please note:

• Reservations for more than 6 guests on Fridays and Saturdays will be served on a set menu only, with exceptions made for allergies, health, or dietary requirements.

2.1 Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the restaurant has received the required deposit of £10 per person. In case of a whole group no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

2.2 Any changes to booking details must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the reservation.

2.3 On Fridays and Saturdays, we operate two dinner seatings: one before 6:00 PM and the other after 8:15 PM.

2.4 Guests may choose from any of the available set menus. The restaurant will accommodate any dietary requirements in addition to this.

2.5 All dietary requirements must be communicated to the restaurant at the time the menu is selected to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

 

3. Final Numbers

3.1 Final guest numbers must be confirmed in writing at least 2 business days prior to the booking date.

3.2 The restaurant reserves the right to charge for the full number of guests originally booked if notice of a reduction in numbers is not received at least 2 business days in advance.

3.3 The restaurant will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any increase in guest numbers and will charge accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee availability and will not be held responsible if unable to accommodate additional guests.

 

4. Prices

4.1 All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate but exclude a discretionary service charge of 12.5%.

4.2 Prices are accurate at the time of publication and include VAT and any applicable government taxes, where appropriate.

 

5. Allergies and Intolerances

Any guest allergies or intolerances must be communicated to the restaurant in accordance with Clause 9 of these Terms. A member of our team must also be informed before placing any order for food or beverages. Guests with severe allergies or intolerances should be aware that, while every reasonable precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, the restaurant cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you are not comfortable with the risk of cross-contamination, we regret that we may not be able to safely accommodate your request.

Please note: Any bespoke or modified orders cannot be guaranteed as entirely allergen-free and will be consumed at the guest’s own risk.

6. Dress Code

6.1 The dress code is smart casual.

6.2 The restaurant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to you or any of your guests if attire is deemed inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the liability of you, your guests, or the restaurant for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, fraudulent misstatement, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7.2 You and your guests agree to be fully responsible for, and shall compensate the restaurant for, any damage caused to the premises, fixtures, or fittings resulting from any act, default, or negligence by you or your guests.

 

8. Alcohol Abuse

8.1 The restaurant reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

8.2 We are committed to responsible service of alcohol and may refuse service to anyone at our discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff.

8.3 Valid photographic ID must be presented upon request. Without an appropriate ID, the restaurant will not serve alcohol.

 

9. General

These Terms, along with any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
