1、Confirmation of booking
1.1 Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon the Restaurant’s receipt of the deposit
1.2 Any booking details changes must be written in writing at least 2 business days.
1.3 We do two seatings on Fridays and Saturday evenings, before 6:00 pm or after 8:15 pm, please kindly leave us at least 10 minutes to sanitize the table surface to get ready for the next group.
1.4 Reservation can be booked up to 60 days in advance. The last reservation was at 11:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Sunday. We do not take reservations for drinks only and all tables are for a full A La Carte dining experience. Children under 10 years old will not be permitted in the restaurant for any bookings after 7:00 pm.
2、Final numbers
2.1 Final numbers for any booking must be confirmed in writing at least 2 business days before the date of the booking.
2.2 The Restaurant reserves the right to charge for the full number of people booked if it has not been provided with notice of a reduction in numbers at least 2 business days before the date of the booking, as set out in clause
2.3 The Restaurant will make every reasonable endeavour to accommodate any increase in numbers and will charge accordingly for providing this service, but cannot be held responsible for failure to provide such accommodation or service.
3、Menu
3.1 The Restaurant requires that you choose the same menu for all party members, but will accommodate any dietary requirements in addition to this.
3.2 Any dietary requirements must be notified to the Restaurant at the time you select your menu.
4、Prices
4.1 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate but exclude a discretionary service charge of 12.5%
4.2 All prices are current at the time of going to print and include VAT or other government taxes where appropriate.
5、Allergies and intolerances
Any guest allergies and intolerances should be notified to the Restaurant by clause 8 of the Terms. A member of the team must also be made aware of these before placing an order for additional food or beverages. Guests with severe allergies or intolerances should be aware that although all due care is taken, there is a risk of allergen ingredients still being present. Please note, that any bespoke orders requested cannot be guaranteed as entirely allergen-free and will be consumed at the guest’s own risk.
6、Dress code
6.1 Dress code is smart casual
6.2 The Restaurant reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to you or any of your guests should you or they are inappropriately dressed.
7、Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit either yours, your guests, or the Restaurant’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, for fraud, for fraudulent misstatement, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.2 You and your guests agree to be responsible for and shall compensate the Restaurant for all damages occasioned to the Restaurant or its fixtures and fittings caused by any act, default, or negligence of you or your guests.
8、 General
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
